“I believe that every individuals journey in therapy is different. No two people have the same life experience and because of this, I tailor my therapeutic approach to the needs of the individual sitting in front of me. I draw from several modalities in order to provide the client with a variety of techniques. The main therapeutic models I utilize include Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client Centered Therapy as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
Beginning therapy can be a scary concept for many people. My priority is to create a safe and trusting environment for each and every individual to share their story with me. I approach everyone with a warm, compassionate and inviting demeanor and take time to work with the client to identify their goals specific to them. Life gets complicated, challenging and throws curve-balls when we least expect it. I am here to walk with you as you explore and process life’s journey.”
In Sarah’s free time, she enjoys hiking in the woods with her dog and spending time with family and friends.
