Recovery and Support Group

Join a community of people in various stages of recovery for a group therapy experience that combines psychoeducational and peer support. The six-week group will provide a safe and non-judgmental environment for participants to discuss such topics as: establishing an identity and self-esteem in recovery, coping with dual diagnosis, healthy relationships, sharpening communication skills, boundary setting, processing guilt/shame, stress reduction, and anger management. Participants in both substance and process addiction recovery are welcome.

Group led by Monika Leja, LCPC, CADC, PCGC

Monday: 7:15 PM to 8:15 PM.

Location: Aurora office

Start date: February 5, 2024

Cost: $35 or bill your insurance
