Everyone has a story. Through sharing and exploring our stories, we can uncover empowerment, resilience, and inner strength. Reflecting on challenging experiences can help you recognize your capacity for growth and healing—even when life feels overwhelming.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, certified Brainspotting practitioner, and Doctor of Social Work (DSW) candidate, practicing from a trauma-informed lens. I use Brainspotting, a powerful brain–body-based approach, to help clients process trauma, emotional blocks, and deeply rooted experiences. This method supports the brain’s natural ability to heal, often leading to deeper self-awareness and long-lasting change.

I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Talk Therapy, and Brainspotting. Because no two people are the same, therapy is tailored to your unique needs. I work from a multicultural and trauma-informed lens, with experience supporting first-generation individuals navigating identity, family dynamics, cultural expectations, and life transitions. I support both English- and Spanish-speaking clients.

I have experience working with children and adults ages 7 and older. I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem and confidence concerns, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, domestic and intimate partner violence, life transitions, and building effective coping skills.

Outside of my work as a therapist, I value meaningful connection—whether that’s laughing with loved ones in the backyard or exploring somewhere new. I believe life is a daily adventure, and therapy can be a powerful space to reconnect with yourself and move toward the life you want to live.
