Kelsey is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who works with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, ADHD, and identity development. She is passionate about supporting clients within the LGBTQ+ and autism communities, and she strives to create an affirming and collaborative environment for all individuals she works with.
Kelsey earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Governors State University. Her experience spans private practice and therapeutic day school settings, which has deepened her understanding of the diverse challenges clients face across different stages of life.
Kelsey’s approach is eclectic, drawing primarily from person-centered and cognitive behavioral frameworks. She believes therapy should be a space where clients feel accepted as they are while being supported in making meaningful change. Kelsey aims to help clients feel understood, build practical coping strategies, and strengthen their confidence in navigating life’s challenges. She brings authenticity, warmth, and a touch of humor to her work, striving to make therapy a collaborative process where growth feels both approachable and sustainable.
